Description

  • Review and map end-to-end operational workflows across the ticketing operation.
  • Identify manual, repetitive, inefficient, high-risk, and bottlenecked process steps for improvement.
  • Recommend process improvements based on operational data, quality findings, and team feedback.
  • Build or support reports, dashboards, trackers, and other operational tools.
  • Explore and apply artificial intelligence, no-code tools, low-code platforms, and workflow automation solutions.
  • Translate operational challenges into clear technical and functional requirements for the technology team.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager, team leaders, subject matter experts, and technology stakeholders.
  • Explain workflow starting points, end points, dependencies, desired outcomes, and business rules to technical stakeholders.
  • Support the development, testing, implementation, and refinement of operational automations.
  • Measure the effectiveness of new tools, reports, and process improvements.
  • Document workflows, automation requirements, process changes, and reporting logic.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, process improvement, quality assurance, reporting, automation, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and the ability to evaluate a process from beginning to end.
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical process improvements.
  • Experience creating operational reports, dashboards, trackers, or performance-monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, no-code automation, low-code tools, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Ability to communicate operational requirements clearly to developers or technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong quality-assurance and continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operations leaders, subject matter experts, and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and turn broad management objectives into actionable improvements.
  • Experience as an Operations Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Automation Specialist, Operations Excellence Coordinator, or Technical Operations Coordinator (preferred).
  • Must be able to collaborate with an operations team working within an 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time operating window.
  • Schedule flexibility may be required to observe workflows, coordinate with stakeholders, or support implementations.
