Description

  • Serve as the anticipated Task Order Project Manager and own overall task order performance.
  • Direct and manage Department of War purchase card program activities in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Oversee e-business systems used for GCPC payments, delegations, audits, and administration.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration and oversight of the Department of War purchase card program.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, delegations, and audit activity.
  • Perform business process mapping and document and monitor internal controls.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and improve program metrics.
  • Identify and remediate control gaps and process inefficiencies.
  • Interpret Department of War, Department of the Navy, and other federal regulations and apply them to the GCPC program.
  • Communicate policies, procedures, regulations, and program changes to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support audits and respond to program change initiatives as required.
  • Ensure sufficient staffing and coverage during core hours of 0600-1700 EST to meet deliverables.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Eight (8) years of specialized experience in Government purchase card or simplified acquisition programs.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Eight (8) years of experience managing and directing Department of War projects and programs.
  • Experience with e-business systems involved in GCPC payments, delegations, audits, and administration.
  • Experience with business process mapping and documenting internal controls.
  • Experience analyzing data to improve program metrics.
  • Experience communicating policy, procedures, regulations, program changes, initiatives, and other requirements.
  • Ability to interpret Department of War, Department of the Navy, and other federal regulations and apply requirements to the GCPC program.
  • Ability to pass standard federal background vetting to obtain a CAC and remote access credentials.
  • Prior experience serving as a Task Order Project Manager or in an equivalent leadership role (preferred).
  • Experience supporting Service-level logistics programs or similar federal purchase card task orders (preferred).
