Description

  • Manage a defined new-logo sales territory within the ROW sales team.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned quota and KPIs.
  • Represent the company effectively in the marketplace.
  • Demonstrate understanding of financial services compliance and regulatory challenges and workflows.
  • Build detailed technical and practical knowledge of Star's platform.
  • Run a collaborative and efficient sales process with strong velocity.
  • Source, grow, and execute a sales pipeline using available tools and resources.
  • Maintain best-in-class data management and deal hygiene standards.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with regulated financial institutions.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Demonstrable track record of quota achievement and revenue growth.
  • Experience in complex enterprise sales into regulated financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven buying cycles, including risk mitigation, regulatory pressure, and audits.
  • Exposure to multi-stakeholder decision-making involving compliance, legal, risk, IT, and procurement.
  • Comfort with solution-based rather than transactional sales.
  • Experience navigating budget scrutiny and long sales cycles.
  • Understanding of multiple sales playbooks or methodologies such as SPICED and Challenger.
  • Familiarity with SaaS industry standards and sales approaches.
