Description

  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior on-site property managers to ensure best practices across the team.
  • Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues.
  • Support leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating property showings, screening applicants, and drafting lease agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and resolve tenant disputes professionally.
  • Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and property upgrades.
  • Coordinate with the on-site property manager on larger renovation projects.
  • Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements.
  • Oversee property financial performance by drafting budgets, tracking actuals against budget, and helping maximize financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required).
  • Previous experience managing or leading a property management team.
  • Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software.
  • Available to work US time zones, including graveyard shift hours in the Philippines.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
  • Own a laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
  • Have a reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed.
  • Have backup equipment available in case of power or internet outages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
