Description

  • Coordinate the end-to-end scheduling of surgeries for a busy orthopedic practice.
  • Track surgical logistics, including clearances, pre-op requirements, and facility availability, using Monday.com.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and appointment notes in TimeTap.
  • Provide direct administrative support to Blanche and assist with high-priority tasks.
  • Manage real-time updates and internal team coordination through Slack.
  • Guide patients through surgery dates and required preparation steps.
  • Act as the primary link between patients, providers, and surgical facilities.
  • Ensure the surgical department runs smoothly through organized coordination and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Previous medical scheduling experience, ideally in Orthopedics, Bone, or Spine specialties.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage complex surgical logistics.
  • Professional and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using TimeTap for scheduling and recordkeeping.
  • Experience using Monday.com for project or logistics tracking.
  • Experience using Slack for team communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts and priorities in a fast-paced medical setting.
