Description

  • Coordinate patient communication, scheduling, and related administrative support for a dermatology and med spa practice.
  • Support cosmetic outreach and patient-facing tasks with clear, professional communication.
  • Manage social media platforms by posting content, responding to comments and direct messages, and supporting engagement.
  • Assist with AI-generated video and content creation for marketing campaigns.
  • Repurpose existing content for promotions and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the team on campaigns, promotions, and social media execution.
  • Track engagement metrics and basic analytics across social channels.
  • Support insurance verification and authorization workflows for relevant roles.
  • Work in a camera-on environment during the shift and maintain consistent, reliable support.

Requirements

  • Experience in dermatology, med spa, or aesthetics environments is required.
  • Strong English communication skills with minimal to no accent for patient-facing tasks.
  • Experience in patient coordination, scheduling, or medical virtual assistant work.
  • Familiarity with insurance verification or insurance authorizations for relevant roles.
  • Experience with social media management or content creation for marketing-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with ModMed EMR is preferred.
  • Experience using phone systems such as RingCentral or similar tools.
  • Comfort working with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Ability to work camera-on during the shift.
  • Reliable, committed, and able to work long term in a fast-paced environment.
