Description

  • Handle new client onboarding and collect key accident and insurance information.
  • File initial claims with auto insurance carriers.
  • Request, follow up on, and organize medical records, billing statements, and lien balances.
  • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish via phone, text, and email to answer questions and provide case updates.
  • Communicate daily with insurance adjusters to verify policy limits, obtain claim numbers, and track claim status.
  • Maintain accurate and complete electronic case files in cloud-based case management software.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct experience supporting a U.S. or California-based personal injury law firm in a virtual or remote capacity.
  • Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Spanish.
  • Excellent professional English grammar and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the California personal injury lifecycle, including HIPAA authorizations, medical provider liens, and auto insurance claim processes.
  • Ability to work standard business hours aligned with U.S. Pacific Time (PT).
  • Comfort using legal case management systems such as Filevine, Clio, or Litify.
  • Experience with VOIP phone systems such as RingCentral.
  • Dedicated, quiet home office setup with high-speed, reliable internet connection.
