Description

Handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents in a professional and empathetic manner.
Gather essential information about accidents and potential legal representation needs.
Explain legal processes and procedures to clients and answer questions about the firm’s services.
Collect and document case details to support attorneys in evaluating matters.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing urgent client needs.
Navigate and update electronic systems while speaking with clients on the phone.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
Organize and update client information and use Excel sheets and other tools to track data.
Provide administrative support to legal professionals as needed.
Assist with preparing and organizing legal documents and collaborating with the legal team.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Some college coursework is preferred.
Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
A genuine desire to assist clients and a compassionate demeanor are required.
