Description

  • Handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Gather essential information about accidents and potential legal representation needs.
  • Explain legal processes and procedures to clients and answer questions about the firm’s services.
  • Collect and document case details to support attorneys in evaluating matters.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing urgent client needs.
  • Navigate and update electronic systems while speaking with clients on the phone.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
  • Organize and update client information and use Excel sheets and other tools to track data.
  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals as needed.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing legal documents and collaborating with the legal team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Some college coursework is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
  • A genuine desire to assist clients and a compassionate demeanor are required.
