Description

  • Manage recall lists and follow up with patients due for hygiene appointments.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Handle overflow calls from the practice's AI receptionist system.
  • Follow up with exam patients regarding treatment plans.
  • Reschedule no-show patients.
  • Verify dental insurance benefits as needed.
  • Provide general patient coordination and administrative support.
  • Adapt scheduling and patient communication in a multi-provider environment where patients are assigned to the available provider.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a U.S. dental front office or dental VA role.
  • Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with EagleSoft EMR or equivalent dental software.
  • Experience with Weave or a similar VoIP/patient communication platform is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of dental insurance verification, including PPO and HMO plans.
  • Professional phone presence and strong patient communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-provider practice setting.
  • Available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST.
  • Full-time availability as a contractor for 40 hours per week.

Benefits

  • Pay of $5 to $6 USD per hour, depending on experience.
  • Full-time contractor position.
  • 40-hour workweek.
  • Monday through Friday schedule.
  • Fixed daytime hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST.
