Description

  • Own and create the roadmap for the Campaign Execution team and define the long-term product vision.
  • Rethink the campaign-building experience through an AI-first lens to make the workflow more intelligent and automated.
  • Write product specs that capture user needs and provide clear direction for engineering, design, and QA.
  • Drive features through to completion while delivering high-quality results amid ambiguity.
  • Create products that increase customer engagement with the StackAdapt platform.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and QE, as well as product managers in adjacent product areas.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams to align on solutions.
  • Use a strong user perspective to evaluate and improve feature design.
  • Build consensus around product direction through clear written communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering complex projects across multiple milestones.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with experience identifying and deeply understanding issues and evaluating different solutions.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams.
  • Strong design sense and ability to evaluate features from a user’s perspective.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to distill ideas clearly.
  • Martech experience is preferred but not required.
  • Computer Science or Engineering background is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and driving features to completion.
