Description

  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Client Partners on strategic customer opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and own a pipeline of Marketing Technology opportunities and manage the full sales lifecycle.
  • Independently source, qualify, and close net-new Marketing Technology opportunities.
  • Engage marketing leaders to understand business objectives, customer journeys, data strategies, and growth priorities.
  • Lead executive-level discovery, solution strategy, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop account strategies that expand customer adoption across StackAdapt's platform.
  • Develop deep expertise in StackAdapt's Marketing Technology portfolio and translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership.
  • Coach commercial teams on positioning Marketing Technology solutions and develop enablement materials, customer stories, and sales plays.
  • Track customer adoption, market trends, and competitive insights to improve sales motions and commercial effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience selling Marketing Technology, email marketing, direct mail, orchestration, customer data solutions, lifecycle marketing platforms, or adjacent SaaS technologies.
  • Proven ability to engage enterprise marketing leaders in consultative, business-focused conversations.
  • Experience helping customers improve acquisition, engagement, retention, personalization, or marketing performance through technology.
  • Strong executive discovery, solution selling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for emerging marketing technologies and AI.
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, Iterable, Pebblepost, or similar technologies (preferred).
  • Experience with CDPs, customer journey orchestration, first-party data activation, CRM, personalization, or lifecycle marketing (preferred).
