Description

  • Drive the end-to-end product operations function across research, design, engineering, pricing, and release.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to improve the product development lifecycle from discovery through release.
  • Establish clear ownership, handoffs, and quality standards across the product development process.
  • Maintain planning visibility and reliability through Jira governance, roadmap alignment, sprint cadences, and operating rhythms.
  • Make product plans visible and trustworthy while ensuring teams retain ownership of their plans.
  • Build and maintain metrics and dashboards that provide actionable visibility into deployment frequency, product outcomes, adoption, and cost.
  • Ensure the right data is captured, measured, and used to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to manage dependencies and decision-making.
  • Identify process breakdowns and drive improvements without taking over product decision ownership.
  • Serve as the principal product operations advisor to the broader leadership team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations or a closely related senior product operations role in a high-growth software environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and improving end-to-end product development processes from research through release.
  • Deep familiarity with Jira and modern product development workflows.
  • Strong systems-thinking ability to build operating models that scale without unnecessary overhead.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without direct authority.
  • Strong data literacy, including identifying missing metrics and helping others act on data.
  • Formal accreditations in product operations or a related field are preferred but not required.
  • Experience leading real process transformation, not just documenting processes, is a strong differentiator.
  • Experience working closely with strong Product leaders and improving team speed without diminishing ownership is preferred.
  • Understanding of how AI is changing product development workflows is strongly valued.
