Description

  • Own the consultant lifecycle end to end, including onboarding, check-ins, contract renewals, and offboarding.
  • Manage EOR provider relationships across active markets, including complex countries and compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Oversee visa, right-to-work, payroll accuracy, and country-specific compliance processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client operations and resolve escalations.
  • Coordinate invoicing with RevOps and support PSA administration.
  • Manage vendor and IT operations that support the business infrastructure.
  • Lead a team of three, including weekly 1:1s, development planning, and performance management.
  • Act as the primary escalation point between the delivery function and the CEO.
  • Build and improve operational processes and SOPs as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Experience as an early ops hire in a scaling business, preferably in professional services.
  • Proven experience building SOPs before managing a team.
  • Personal experience managing EOR providers across 3+ countries, including at least one high-complexity market such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or the UAE.
  • Experience managing and developing people, with evidence of building and growing a team.
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort using Excel to track utilisation, PTO liability, invoicing, and expenses.
  • Hands-on experience with a PSA platform such as Certinia, Kantata, HaloPSA, or equivalent in a live environment.
  • Exposure to employment law, including the ability to review contracts and identify issues.
  • Experience in a start-up or early-stage business and a willingness to take ownership without direction.
  • Strong organisational skills across multiple workstreams and time zones.
  • Ability to work independently in complex, fast-moving operational environments.
