Description

  • Translate user needs, business goals, and product requirements into intuitive design solutions.
  • Design end-to-end experiences for responsive web and mobile products.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
  • Conduct and contribute to user research, persona development, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, design tokens, and reusable component libraries.
  • Design complex enterprise and data-heavy products, including clear data visualizations.
  • Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the design process.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure implementations match intended designs and account for technical constraints.
  • Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and prioritize improvements.
  • Improve design processes, patterns, documentation, and consistency across the product team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and high-quality visual/UI execution.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong knowledge of UX, user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
  • Hands-on experience with user research, personas, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining design systems, design tokens, and component libraries.
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience designing complex enterprise, SaaS, or data-heavy products and data visualizations.
  • Strong prototyping skills for user testing and design validation.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers and balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and product requirements.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, independent working, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in an agile product development environment is preferred.
