Description

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, surveys, and user behavior analysis.
  • Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
  • Apply visual design, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare organized developer handoffs and support accurate implementation of designs.
  • Use analytics, A/B testing, usability findings, and user feedback to improve product experiences, engagement, and conversion.
  • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and iterative product development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI work.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience creating user flows, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong visual design skills in typography, spacing, layout, and hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or e-commerce products (preferred).
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, user behavior analytics tools, Agile teams, or conversion optimization experience (preferred).
