Description

  • Own product problems end to end, from defining the problem and exploring solutions through validation, delivery, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to determine priorities, scope, and success criteria.
  • Create PRDs, decision documents, prototypes, UI designs, or production code based on the problem.
  • Conduct research with sales, customer success, and internal users to test assumptions and refine solutions.
  • Prototype product flows using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI development tools.
  • Design production-ready interfaces covering all relevant states and following the design system.
  • Ship small UI improvements to production in collaboration with engineers.
  • Work across client-facing products, internal tools, sales enablement, and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a product designer working on complex B2B products with dense, data-heavy interfaces.
  • Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and strong visual craft.
  • Experience building or prototyping several products in code using AI tools.
  • Comfort working in an existing codebase and getting prototypes running with Claude Code or similar tools.
  • Strong UI design skills focused on clarity, balance, and user value.
  • Ability to quickly develop domain and technical knowledge and independently approach new problems.
  • Based anywhere in Ukraine.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
  • Experience with ad tech, media, analytics, reporting products, or data visualization preferred.
  • Public GitHub profile or shipped side projects preferred.
