Description

  • Define the technical vision, strategy, and architecture roadmap for a large-scale program aligned to enterprise goals and standards.
  • Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across cloud, microservices, integration platforms, automation, and data/AI technologies.
  • Evaluate and select architecture options and technologies based on business needs as the technical decision-maker.
  • Establish and enforce architecture governance, design patterns, and development standards across the program.
  • Own architecture decision records and ensure technical decisions are documented and traceable.
  • Lead and mentor senior developers and technical leads across large multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Oversee technical implementation and delivery to ensure adherence to the architecture and timely milestone completion.
  • Champion DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Define and promote SLAs, SLOs, and observability standards for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate objectives and service requirements into technical specifications, deployment strategies, and risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • 15+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
  • Experience designing architectures using modern software technologies.
  • Experience in networking and systems related to software deployment and architecture design.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large technical projects.
  • Ability to connect business strategy, technical implementation, and operational delivery across diverse projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, ideally with certification.
  • Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with agile or SAFe delivery at scale.
  • Experience in government or enterprise systems integration projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
  • Available to work full-time and align with UAE business hours from a remote location in Egypt or another location.
  • Arabic and English proficiency at C1/C2 levels.
