Description

  • Stand up the Product Marketing function from the ground up.
  • Own SQUIRE’s product narrative, category positioning, core messaging, and value propositions.
  • Lead all major product launches end to end, including positioning, messaging, packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
  • Develop repeatable launch playbooks and an operating cadence for go-to-market execution.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams on integrated launch and GTM plans.
  • Translate customer insights into product strategy and influence the roadmap.
  • Lead messaging and positioning for SQUIRE’s AI capabilities to the barber community.
  • Build sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and demos.
  • Support revenue leadership on pipeline, conversion, and expansion strategy.
  • Build the Product Marketing operating model, processes, KPIs, and team over time.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Vertical SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the barber, beauty, wellness, or SMB services sectors is a major plus.
  • Proven experience building or scaling Product Marketing functions.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Revenue teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional messaging and positioning skills with the ability to simplify complex products into compelling narratives.
  • Strong product launch experience with a focus on driving adoption, not just announcements.
  • Deep experience in sales enablement and revenue impact.
  • Analytical and strategic experience with pricing and packaging.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability.
  • Comfort operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
  • AI-native mindset, including the ability to explain AI functionality to customers and use AI tools to improve work.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Track record of improving win rates, conversion, or revenue through Product Marketing.
  • Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

  • Base salary of $180,000 to $205,000.
