Description

  • Own and develop the Sample Management product portfolio across the East Coast U.S. market.
  • Drive a focused regional sales strategy with clear objectives and execution plans.
  • Build and maintain trusted, consultative customer relationships.
  • Advance opportunities through the full sales cycle in collaboration with product specialists.
  • Position SPT Labtech solutions against end-user workflows and communicate product benefits effectively.
  • Present the company, its history, culture, strategy, and product offering to customers and stakeholders.
  • Cross-sell across the product range to deliver broader solutions for customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage CRM activity as a central sales tool.
  • Keep application and product knowledge current through training and support resources.
  • Travel up to 50% across the Eastern United States to support customers and business development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a capital sales specialist role.
  • Experience selling automated Sample Management or lab automation technologies in the Eastern United States preferred.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in a Life Science discipline is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across the Eastern United States.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems as a core sales tool.
  • Established network across the Eastern United States preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop business and grow accounts.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and complex demonstrations to varied audiences.
  • Strong autonomy, team spirit, and capability to work remotely.
  • Remote work capability with an East Coast, ideally Northeast, location preferred.
