Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership ecosystem strategy across channel, integration, marketplace, reseller, and distribution partnerships.
  • Own the partnership P&L and quota-carrying responsibility for profitable, partner-sourced revenue growth.
  • Lead the channel partnerships team and identify, prioritize, and engage potential partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Build and maintain relationships within partner organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new partnership opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to move initiatives forward.
  • Build operating rigor, process, and infrastructure as the partnership function scales.
  • Represent Spring Health at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Oversee successful partner implementations and ongoing partnership management.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of successful business development and/or channel partnership experience.
  • 7+ years of people leadership experience in business development and/or channel partnerships.
  • Experience leading an existing team and scaling the organization over time as growth demands.
  • Experience in the Employee Benefits ecosystem is strongly preferred.
  • Direct exposure to carriers, consultants, benefit technology providers, or digital health partners is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success as an individual contributor.
  • Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, and comfort with change.
  • Travel required approximately 2 times per month.

  • Target base salary of $225,000-$275,000.
