Description

  • Lead a prioritized portfolio of initiatives that improve gross margin and delivery margin.
  • Drive care model optimization and top-of-license workstreams by shifting work to the right teams and improving process, tooling, and adoption.
  • Identify and execute operational levers that increase leader span of control, reduce friction, and maintain or improve quality and member experience.
  • Partner with Finance and Business Intelligence to validate savings, attribution, and ongoing impact tracking.
  • Create and run the operating cadence for clinical operations priorities, including weekly forums, KPI reviews, decision logs, dependency tracking, and escalation paths.
  • Implement incident management and problem management processes to reduce repeat issues and improve time-to-resolution and reliability.
  • Develop dashboards, leading indicators, and adoption metrics to monitor program health proactively.
  • Translate ambiguous goals into problem statements, hypotheses, success metrics, and execution plans.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product and Clinical Operations on requirements, milestones, change management, rollout plans, and feedback loops.
  • Build executive-ready narratives that communicate progress, risks, decisions needed, and expected impact.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, BizOps, and/or Strategy & Operations within high-growth tech or startups, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping cross-functional programs into real operations.
  • Experience owning outcome metrics such as margin, cost, productivity, throughput, or reliability.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and Analytics to validate operational impact.
  • Strong ability to design plans and turn them into operational reality through process, tooling, adoption, measurement, and accountability.
  • Excellent program leadership with the ability to structure work, prioritize effectively, run strong forums, and close decisions quickly.
  • Systems thinking and experience building scalable mechanisms such as cadences, dashboards, and incident/problem management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with senior partners.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high standards, and fast-moving environments.
  • Preferred experience in clinical operations, care delivery, workforce operations, support operations, or other complex high-volume service environments.
  • Preferred experience partnering with Product and Engineering on operational tooling and workflow automation.
  • Preferred experience with change management and rollout design, including communications, training, feedback loops, and measurement.

Benefits

  • Target base salary of $121,000-$140,000, plus a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
