Description

  • Drive the full sales process from qualification and introduction through closing and handoff to customer service.
  • Generate new business and net-new logo customers to meet annual revenue quota.
  • Manage and coordinate RFPs as the liaison between sales and proposal teams.
  • Lead discovery calls and deliver customized presentations for prospects.
  • Represent and sell specific solution areas such as ROI reporting, utilization reporting, and geo-access/network reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including BDRs, benefits consultants, brokers, strategic alliances, and resellers, to build pipeline and close business.
  • Attend conferences and represent the company at customer and industry events.
  • Use market-facing presentations and internal enablement materials to support sales execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with mid-to-large size customers.
  • Contribute to pipeline growth from self-sourced, marketing, consultant, partner, and business development channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • BDR experience before AE experience preferred, or relevant prospecting experience.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
  • Strong working knowledge of the benefits and/or mental health and wellness space preferred.
  • Client-facing experience with mid-to-large size clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year for conferences and customers, if required.
  • Proactive approach to customer engagements.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Top performer who thrives in a collaborative, accountable, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with or interest in quota-carrying sales and pipeline generation.
