Description

  • Serve as the account owner, product expert, and mental health advocate for assigned mid-market and SMB customers.
  • Build relationships with decision makers and primary contacts to drive adoption, change management, and member utilization.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, value realization, engagement, expansion, and renewal.
  • Identify, communicate, and support new opportunities for customers to unlock value from Spring Health.
  • Prepare and present business reviews to senior HR executives and business leaders with data-based recommendations.
  • Collaborate across teams to share customer feedback and improve processes and the patient experience.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training to strengthen product knowledge.
  • Support the sales team with finalist calls and customer references as needed.
  • Track customer interactions, success plans, relationship progression, and opportunities in a CRM.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and variable revenue to meet retention goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, implementation, or healthcare management.
  • Experience in upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue.
  • Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms.
  • Experience owning contract renewals across the customer lifecycle.
  • Experience using data visualization and reconciliation techniques to present findings and customer satisfaction insights.
  • Experience adhering to and achieving KPIs.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM.
  • A strong passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15% as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred.

  • Target base salary of $86,000 to $98,000, with pay determined by experience, location, internal equity, and other business factors.
