Description

  • Design and optimize escalatory frameworks and SOPs to resolve recurring Amazon Marketplace suppression issues.
  • Develop data-driven tracking mechanisms to analyze Second-Level Responses and monitor WoW and DoD performance fluctuations.
  • Build structured reporting suites to track internal request volumes, SLA compliance, and project milestones.
  • Lead solution ideation with key stakeholders when new brand-driven opportunities or challenges arise.
  • Own the definition and maintenance of business performance KPIs to support marketplace health and brand excellence.
  • Scope and validate B2B program opportunities through ROI analysis to prioritize long-term business benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-stakes marketplace issue resolution across internal and external partners.
  • Author white papers and gap analyses to advocate for support or systemic changes from external partners.
  • Deepen partnerships between brand partners, merchandising, and content teams to improve execution and problem solving.

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in Excel and SQL.
  • Proven experience navigating Amazon systems and teams, including Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry.
  • Demonstrable understanding of how to calculate ROI and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
  • Track record of building repetitive, scalable processes and documented workflows.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical or operational gaps to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience translating data into actionable trends and business narratives.
  • Bachelor's degree is not required.
  • Non-linear career paths are welcome.
