Description

  • Design, build, and ship agentic systems that ground personalized listening experiences in cultural context and world knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale pipelines for extracting, structuring, and serving cultural signals.
  • Leverage LLMs and agentic workflows to turn real-time cultural signals into user-facing experiences.
  • Partner with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate foundational cultural data and technology into new experiences.
  • Own components end to end, including data pipelines, model training, production serving, and monitoring.
  • Design and build evaluation tooling, including LLM-as-judge frameworks and dataset analysis methods.
  • Run experiments to measure the impact of cultural context signals on user experience and engagement.
  • Contribute to technical direction, architecture decisions, and 0-to-1 product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping machine learning models end to end.
  • Strong foundation in Python; Java and Scala are a plus.
  • Experience with GCP tools such as Dataflow and BigQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Pydantic.
  • Experience building tool-calling agents, RAG systems, and vector databases.
  • Experience shipping production-scale, data-driven AI/ML systems in content understanding, knowledge graphs, NLP, MIR, or related domains is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, exploratory 0-to-1 environments.
  • Experience working effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong focus on code quality, reliability, and scalability.
  • Interest in inclusive, user-centric product development and AI/ML applied to product impact.
