Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agentic future of Home and adjacent surfaces as the strategy matures.
  • Set the personalization strategy for Home, deciding where the existing recommendation stack remains in use and where to transition to agents and the Large Personalization Model.
  • Lead ideation, development, and launch of agentic experiences that shift the product from reactive recommendations to proactive, intent-aware action.
  • Translate frontier model and agent capabilities into intuitive consumer experiences for a broad global audience.
  • Define clear product judgment on what to build, what to decline, and what to sunset when work no longer supports the strategy.
  • Establish the evaluation standard for agentic experiences, including rigorous frameworks, instrumentation, and segmented assessment.
  • Use prototypes, experimentation, quantitative data, and user research to validate decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Partner closely with engineering, ML, design, research, and data science to deliver improvements at a fast cadence.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Spotify and align multiple teams around a shared vision for agentic products.
  • Balance rapid iteration with user trust, safety, and brand integrity at scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with most of it in AI and consumer-focused roles.
  • Proven experience shipping and scaling agentic products in production at scale, not just prototypes, demos, or scripted chatbots.
  • Experience owning consumer products with tens or hundreds of millions of users.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance investment between emerging technologies and proven systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision and roadmap and bring executive and developer leadership along.
  • Exceptional product taste and strong instincts for what makes an experience delightful.
  • Decisiveness under incomplete information, with accountability for product decisions and outcomes.
  • Highly analytical, with strong experience in experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across large, distributed, cross-functional organizations.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where the playbook is still being written.
  • Deep, current expertise in how AI and agents are transforming consumer software, with a track record of building and launching agentic capabilities at scale.
  • Experience with recommender systems, personalization, or large-scale ML-driven products, plus judgment on when to keep or replace an established stack.
  • Technical background or proven ability to partner closely with ML engineers and researchers on feasibility.
  • Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI-driven or personalized products at scale.
  • Experience influencing across broad organizations and helping teams adopt new ways of working.
  • Founder or startup experience.
  • Passion for audio, discovery, and helping people find what they love next.
