Description

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Twin's member experience across onboarding, daily plans, AI guidance, and long-term engagement.
  • Deliver AI-powered experiences across app, chat, voice, and proactive surfaces.
  • Define the Digital Twin experience so members understand what to do next, why it matters, and how to reach their health goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of member needs through user research, behavioral data, and experimentation.
  • Translate complex behavioral, clinical, and technical problems into intuitive product experiences and clear product requirements.
  • Balance rapid experimentation with long-term platform investments that support growth to millions of members.
  • Define and track success metrics, measure product impact, and iterate based on feedback, behavioral insights, and clinical outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across executive leadership and cross-functional teams around the member experience strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience owning consumer-facing mobile and web products with measurable business impact.
  • Proven track record of defining product vision, setting strategy, and delivering products from concept to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building AI-powered consumer experiences, ideally using LLMs, conversational AI, or personalization.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, behavior change, engagement, and habit formation.
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into product strategy and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using experimentation and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products from vision through launch.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available at this time.
