Description

  • Build and ship end-to-end features for conversational analytics products across backend and frontend layers.
  • Design and develop AI-native workflows that let users query and explore data using natural language.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions with attention to performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Integrate LLMs and other AI capabilities into production systems in a responsible and thoughtful way.
  • Improve developer experience and tooling to support faster iteration and experimentation.
  • Take ownership of features from idea through launch and iteration, with a focus on real user impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Experience building fullstack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Comfort working across backend and frontend systems and owning problems end-to-end.
  • Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and data-driven applications.
  • Ability to design clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Curiosity about AI/ML and experience with or interest in LLM-powered systems.
  • Strong focus on user experience and making complex workflows simple and intuitive.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and share ownership.
  • Based in Stockholm and available for some in-person meetings, with flexibility to work from home.
