Description

  • Lead improvements to the in-house Python-based automation framework to keep it robust, scalable, and efficient.
  • Refactor existing code to improve clarity, readability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to identify automation needs and implement solutions in the framework.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues within the automation framework.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Python Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining robust, scalable software solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working in distributed and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with commonly used design patterns and applying them to modular, maintainable code.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Python built-in libraries.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts is optional.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation, with Jenkins preferred.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as pytest or unittest.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git, with GitHub preferred.
  • Understanding of software development practices.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
