Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a range of new games.
  • Align game development goals and initiatives with company targets.
  • Evaluate new game opportunities to ensure they are playable, desirable, and worth building.
  • Lead customer research and analysis to understand player needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Research the competitive landscape, market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define, communicate, and regularly update the game roadmap for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with programming, art, design, and development teams to turn opportunities into clear, measurable requirements.
  • Prioritize the product backlog and coordinate dependencies across tasks, teams, and projects.
  • Develop go-to-market plans and product positioning with the Marketing team.
  • Define and track key metrics, monitor game performance and customer feedback, and adjust the product accordingly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience making data-driven game development decisions, ideally in mobile free-to-play games.
  • Experience using user research and experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Demonstrable experience iterating and improving games based on feedback and performance data such as retention, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional planning and problem solving with engineering and design teams.
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs in gaming.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English.
  • Experience with a successful mobile free-to-play game is preferred.
  • Experience achieving product-market fit for emerging markets is preferred.
  • Degree or Master’s in a Business, Product, or Technology discipline is preferred.
