Description

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks.
  • Monitor campaign pacing to prevent underdelivery or overdelivery.
  • Report performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve results.
  • Conduct competitive research to strengthen client positioning.
  • Support internal stakeholders with paid media requests.
  • Perform keyword research and develop ad copy aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members on innovative campaign strategies.
  • Stay current with paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Support the Paid Media Director with daily campaign management.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of paid media experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience in legal marketing preferred.
  • Client-facing experience, including presenting updates and building client relationships, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Ability to interpret campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience managing and scaling ad budgets, including forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of lead-generation funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of paid media trends, automation tools, and emerging ad formats.
  • Growth mindset, coachability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
