Description

  • Meet families over Google Meet to understand their needs and guide them through solutions in plain language.
  • Troubleshoot common platform and login issues and help parents get back on track quickly.
  • Answer questions from prospective families about how the program works and what the campuses offer.
  • Provide information about campuses and facilities, and follow up when additional answers are needed.
  • Cover scheduled shifts reliably and be ready to take calls during assigned hours.
  • Maintain clear records of each interaction, including the parent’s issue and how it was resolved.
  • Support both current parents and prospective parents with calm, patient problem-solving.
  • Work within a round-the-clock support environment that depends on consistent coverage.

Requirements

  • Fluent, native English speaker with strong verbal communication skills on video calls.
  • Comfort with software, browsers, logins, and common technical problems.
  • Ability to explain technical fixes to non-technical users in a clear, patient way.
  • Calm and patient demeanor when handling frustrated or confused parents.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet capable of supporting uninterrupted video calls.
  • U.S. work authorization and remote work availability in the United States.
  • Flexibility to work overnight or weekend shifts.
  • Customer support, help desk, or call center experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable speaking on camera in a warm, professional manner.
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish or another language is a plus.
