Description

  • Build responsive, maintainable user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Translate designs, user feedback, and requirements into production-quality interfaces.
  • Develop backend services, APIs, database integrations, and containerized capabilities.
  • Own small-to-medium features through development, testing, and deployment.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and functional automated tests.
  • Collaborate with QA and cross-functional engineering teams to validate functionality and troubleshoot defects.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
  • Communicate risks, dependencies, assumptions, and technical considerations early.
  • Improve product usability, quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional web or software development experience.
  • Strong front-end fundamentals, including component architecture, responsive design, performance, and usability.
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React, Angular, and/or Vue.
  • Full-stack experience with Python, API development, application architecture, and service-to-service communication.
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL, RESTful APIs, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, containerized architectures, and microservices.
  • Experience collaborating with QA, writing automated tests, and working from defined requirements.
  • Knowledge of code reviews, version control, security, performance, and maintainable engineering practices.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance.
  • Preferred: experience with 2D/3D geospatial visualization or mission-critical, defense, aerospace, or highly secure software.
