Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs for TTS, payments, subscriptions, authentication, and consumption tracking.
  • Oversee the full backend API landscape and improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Build and maintain backend services that support new products and core platform functionality.
  • Collaborate on B2B solutions to meet enterprise customization and integration needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
  • Prioritize and deliver work based on urgency and business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend development with TypeScript/Node.js required.
  • Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) required.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments preferred.
  • Experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and make product-oriented decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and a consistent record of delivering results quickly.
  • Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, fully distributed organization.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links requested with application.
