Description

Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs for TTS, payments, subscriptions, authentication, and consumption tracking.
Oversee the backend API landscape and improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate on B2B solutions for enterprise client customization and integration needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
Contribute to backend services that support new products, analytics, subscriptions, and external APIs.

Requirements

Proven experience in backend development with TypeScript/Node.js (required).
Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
Ability to prioritize work based on urgency and impact and move quickly from ideation to implementation.
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments (preferred).
Experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes (preferred).
Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in making product decisions and building user experiences that delight users.
