Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs for TTS, payments, subscriptions, authentication, and consumption tracking.
  • Own and optimize the backend API landscape for performance and maintainability.
  • Build backend services that meet business requirements and scale reliably.
  • Collaborate on B2B solutions for enterprise customization and integrations.
  • Work cross-functionally to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
  • Contribute to product decisions in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
  • Help improve and maintain backend systems supporting analytics, new products, and external APIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend development with TypeScript/Node.js required.
  • Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Ability to ideate and implement efficiently while prioritizing work by urgency and impact.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments preferred.
  • Experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to deliver results consistently and quickly.
  • Solid communication skills and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a flat, fast-paced, distributed organization.
