Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs, including TTS, payment, subscription, authentication, and consumption tracking endpoints.
  • Oversee the backend API landscape and optimize services for performance and maintainability.
  • Support B2B solutions by adapting backend systems for enterprise customization and integration needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
  • Contribute to business- and scalability-focused decisions for platform services.
  • Work in a fast-paced, flat organization with ownership over technical outcomes and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend development with TypeScript/Node.js is required.
  • Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform is required.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers is required.
  • Ability to prioritize work by urgency and impact and execute efficiently from ideation through implementation.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments is preferred.
  • Experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a consistent track record of delivering results are important.
  • Candidates should be prepared to share links to a portfolio and LinkedIn when applying.
