Description

Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs for public text-to-speech and internal services such as payments, subscriptions, authentication, and consumption tracking.
Oversee the full backend API landscape and improve performance and maintainability.
Build backend services that meet business requirements and scale reliably.
Collaborate on B2B solutions to support enterprise customization and integrations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in backend development with TypeScript/Node.js.
Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
Ability to prioritize work based on urgency and impact and execute efficiently.
Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Preferred: Experience deploying highly available applications on Kubernetes.
Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment.
