Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop a scalable platform.
  • Architect and build features end-to-end with ownership from concept to production.
  • Partner with peers on backend and frontend framework decisions, DevOps processes, and scalability patterns.
  • Improve, troubleshoot, and extend existing AI-driven features.
  • Design new AI capabilities that integrate into the product and deliver real customer value.
  • Keep patient safety and healthcare provider needs central when proposing solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, testing coverage, reliability, and observability across delivered features.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers and help build a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering delivering customer value.
  • Experience building scalable APIs using technologies such as .NET Core, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Jakarta EE.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures.
  • Cloud experience, ideally Azure, with AWS or GCP also valued.
  • C# and React experience is a bonus, but not required.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to the existing stack.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly.
  • Experience collaborating effectively, exchanging feedback, and working across teams.
  • Demonstrated experience solving team-level or group-level challenges is advantageous.
  • Curiosity, ownership, and an interest in proposing ideas, experimenting, and exploring AI for real users.
