Description

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
  • Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing app architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and designers on product direction.
  • Support the app as it scales to a large and growing user base.

Requirements

  • Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
  • Track record of taking products from inception to meaningful traction.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering an excellent user experience.
  • Product thinking with the ability to make thoughtful product decisions.
  • Ability to work quickly and prioritize what should ship now versus later.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay focused while working asynchronously.
  • Experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Experience with multithreading programming.
  • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and clean class design.
  • Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
