Description

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS application.
  • Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and designers on product direction.
  • Contribute to building and evolving a high-impact consumer product used by millions.

Requirements

  • Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
  • Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction.
  • Strong customer focus and obsession with delivering an excellent user experience.
  • Product thinking and the ability to make thoughtful product decisions.
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced startup environment and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working in a busy remote team and knowing when to engage or work independently.
  • Swift programming language experience.
  • SwiftUI experience.
  • Experience with multithreading programming.
  • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience with Fastlane.
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
