Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
Support the growing iOS user base with new and ongoing product work.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers on product direction and execution.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of taking products from inception to meaningful traction.
Strong customer focus and attention to user experience.
Product thinking and the ability to make thoughtful product decisions.
Ability to work quickly and decide what can ship now versus what needs more time.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, fully remote team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay focused while working asynchronously.
Swift programming experience.
SwiftUI experience.
Experience with multithreading programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, Git, and Git strategies.
Understanding of SOLID principles and ability to apply them in class design.
