Description

  • Collaborate with product teams to scope projects and deliver solutions through the cross-platform SDK.
  • Reduce project scope to enable faster customer feedback and better iteration.
  • Navigate integration and UX tradeoffs across different product teams.
  • Design more efficient abstractions to improve functionality such as faster loading and smarter parsing.
  • Improve algorithms to optimize existing product behavior and performance.
  • Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.

Requirements

  • Experience with systems thinking and end-to-end design for simple, reliable solutions.
  • Ability to work quickly, generate options, and decide what can ship now versus later.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, remote startup environment and knowing when to engage versus work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers, marketers, and product managers.
  • Preferred experience with Kotlin Multiplatform; Java experience is acceptable.
  • Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience working at the intersection of product and infrastructure is preferred.
  • Ability to provide portfolio and LinkedIn links when applying.
