Description

  • Collaborate with product teams to scope projects and deliver solutions through the cross-platform SDK.
  • Reduce scope where possible to accelerate customer feedback and iteration.
  • Navigate integration and user experience tradeoffs across different product teams.
  • Optimize existing functionality for faster loading and more intelligent parsing.
  • Design more efficient abstractions and improve algorithms to enhance performance.
  • Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.
  • Build and maintain foundational services and SDKs that power the product experience across platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform; Java experience is acceptable, but the role is focused on Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong systems thinking with an end-to-end approach to optimization.
  • Ability to work quickly, generate options, and decide what can ship now versus later.
  • Comfort working in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers, marketers, and product managers.
  • Ability to balance focus and communication appropriately in a remote team.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links are requested with the application.
