Description

  • Collaborate with product teams to scope projects and reduce scope for faster customer feedback.
  • Navigate integration and UX tradeoffs across different product teams.
  • Deliver solutions through the cross-platform SDK.
  • Optimize existing functionality to improve loading speed and parsing quality.
  • Design more efficient abstractions and improve algorithms.
  • Build and ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.

Requirements

  • Experience with systems thinking and end-to-end design.
  • Ability to work quickly, evaluate options, and decide what can ship now versus later.
  • Ability to stay focused and work effectively in a busy remote startup environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers, marketers, and product managers.
  • Preferred experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Java experience is acceptable, but the role is primarily Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Prior experience with GCP is a plus.

  • U.S.-based salary range: $140,000-$200,000 per year depending on experience.
