Description

  • Analyze target markets and identify high-potential segments for expansion.
  • Develop sales packaging, value messaging, and sales collateral for target buyers.
  • Plan and supervise lead generation campaigns with the DemandGen team.
  • Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, ecosystem partners, events, and referrals.
  • Move opportunities through the pipeline toward closure and contract signing.
  • Partner with Presales and Delivery teams to shape solutions and commercial proposals.
  • Develop deep insight into client needs in fintech, AI-native, and enterprise technology segments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients across target European regions.
  • Work with technology ecosystem partners to co-develop opportunities and access partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales activity reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in international IT services or outsourcing sales.
  • Experience selling into the UK & Ireland, Benelux, Nordics, and/or DACH markets.
  • Based in a CEE country with working hours overlapping target European markets.
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
  • Additional European languages such as German, Dutch, French, or a Nordic language are a strong plus.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the IT outsourcing industry, its business models, sales cycle, and European market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of B2B software services sales to mid-market and enterprise technology buyers in Europe.
  • Hands-on experience selling AI / ML / Agentic / Generative AI engineering services or AI product development is a strong advantage.
  • Experience selling into fintech, banking, or financial services is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with ecosystem technology partners such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic, OpenAI, NVIDIA, or fintech infrastructure providers is a plus.
  • Proven ability to engage executive-level prospects and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Strong command of modern B2B sales techniques from lead generation through negotiation to post-sales account development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with risk, and ability to operate in high-uncertainty conditions.
  • Technical background and understanding of the software product development lifecycle are a big plus.
  • Account management experience in the services industry is an advantage.
