Description

  • Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models using transformer architectures.
  • Build automated pipelines and intelligent agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
  • Integrate vector databases to support similarity search and real-time analysis.
  • Process and analyze large volumes of unstructured data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Build production-grade machine learning systems for real-time, high-volume data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams to improve data management and support innovation.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members.
  • Stay current on trends in Agentic AI, transformer models, and generative systems.
  • Present complex analyses clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of production experience in machine learning.
  • Proven experience developing transformer-based models and deploying them in scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or Spacy.
  • Experience with natural language processing and modern LLM-based techniques.
  • Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and monitoring.
  • Skilled in SQL and data extraction methods.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to financial services, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity is preferred.
