Description

  • Support automation and optimization of software deployment and operational processes.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based environments.
  • Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support build, deployment, and infrastructure automation activities.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts using Groovy, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Implement configuration management solutions with Red Hat Ansible.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to support application delivery.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot deployment and production issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Apply DevOps best practices, tools, and automation techniques.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, systems administration, software development, or a related technical field.
  • Experience supporting Linux environments, Jenkins, CI/CD concepts, and configuration management tools such as Red Hat Ansible.
  • Experience with Groovy or similar scripting languages; Bash or Python experience preferred.
  • Understanding of build automation, deployment processes, and source control systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues in development or production environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the past 5 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred experience with CMS, federal government, or healthcare systems; Docker; Infrastructure as Code; AWS, Azure, or GCP; and Prometheus or ELK Stack.
