Description

  • Evaluate architectural trade-offs based on feature, performance, and system constraints.
  • Define micro-architecture and implement RTL in Verilog/SystemVerilog.
  • Integrate RTL into top-level designs and deliver fully verified, synthesis- and timing-clean solutions.
  • Work closely with the verification team to ensure complete design coverage and verification.
  • Provide timing constraints for IP blocks and support physical implementation efforts, including synthesis, timing closure, and formal checks.
  • Participate in silicon bring-up and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across systems, firmware, architecture, design, validation, product engineering, and ASIC implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
  • 5+ years of experience in RTL implementation.
  • Experience solving complex problems including clock domain crossings and power optimization (preferred).
  • ASIC/SoC system integration experience (preferred).
  • Experience with embedded CPU subsystems (preferred).
  • Experience with standard bus protocols such as AXI and AHB (preferred).
  • Experience with high-speed and low-power design techniques (preferred).
  • Scripting skills, such as Python (preferred).
  • Experience with EDA tools such as HDL simulators and HDL lint tools (preferred).
  • Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed for mission-critical deadlines.
  • Must meet ITAR requirements and be a U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for required U.S. State Department authorization.

  • Pay range of $160,000 to $225,000 per year.
