Description

  • Identify new growth opportunities and scale successful initiatives across key markets in Latin America.
  • Develop new offerings, business models, and channels to support growth.
  • Analyze the financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to prioritize business and engineering work.
  • Serve as a key liaison with Finance on consumer growth initiatives and develop financial and subscriber acquisition models.
  • Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify effective and ineffective demand generation approaches.
  • Lead strategic programs such as campaigns and new channels to maximize sales for the product category.
  • Research industry ecosystems to inform product positioning and market strategy.
  • Communicate and drive product improvements across cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of cumulative work experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations.
  • 1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modeling.
  • Fluent in English with bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations (preferred).
  • 1+ years working in early- and growth-stage startups with lean teams (preferred).
  • Strong business judgment and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems.
  • Background in financial analysis and experience with SQL and/or Python (preferred).
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives (preferred).
  • Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime (preferred).
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed.
  • Must satisfy ITAR eligibility requirements for U.S. export regulations.
